   CITIZEN Pressure Cooker / Pressure Pans are warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase of the actual user. The defective piece will be repaired / replaced free of charge if found faulty due to manufacturing defects within the warrantee period. The warrantee does not cover Gasket, Bakelite Parts, Safety Valve, Spring Loaded Safety Device, Vent Pipe and Pressure Weight as these parts require periodic renewal. The warrantee card duly stamped and signed by the selling dealer along with the purchase bill should be produced with the defective piece in case of any complaint. The warrantee is invalid if the warrantee card is found incomplete.

The warrantee of the product will be treated as invalid if it is repaired / serviced or fitted with local duplicate spare parts. It is the duty of the consumer to send the piece to the manufacturer / distributor / selling dealer for repair and to collect the same after repair at his own expenses.

The warrantee will be treated as invalid if the pressure cooker is not used as per the instructions given in the instruction manual. The decision of the manufacturer will be final and abiding to the consumer.

Warrantee will be valid and applicable only within the geographical boundaries of India.
All disputes are subject to Uttar Pradesh Jurisdiction only.
